Blackened Catfish with Kimchi Collard Greens and Cast Iron Cornbread

1 lb Catfish Filets

Blackened Seasoning (Recipe HERE)

2 Tbsp Butter

Hot Sauce


* I used the burner on my grill to avoid smoking out my house. Feel free to use your stove-top though.

  1. Heat Butter in skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat.

  2. Season the Catfish liberally on both sides with the Blackened Seasoning.

  3. Sear both sides of the fish until the seasoning is scorched and the fish is flaky.

  4. Serve with your favorite Hot Sauce or lemon juice.
