Cody's Candied Jalapeños

Great recipe from Cody Markham


  • 8 large Jalapeños, sliced

  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 TBSP Kosher Salt

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced


  1. Combine all ingredients except jalapeños in a small pot and bring to boil.

  2. Add Jalapeños and reduce heat. Let simmer until jalapeños are soft.

  3. Taste and add sugar as needed.

  4. Place in a jar and refrigerate for two weeks before eating.

**Great on pizza, in eggs and on tacos.***
