Great recipe from Cody Markham
8 large Jalapeños, sliced
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
1 TBSP Kosher Salt
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients except jalapeños in a small pot and bring to boil.
Add Jalapeños and reduce heat. Let simmer until jalapeños are soft.
Taste and add sugar as needed.
Place in a jar and refrigerate for two weeks before eating.
**Great on pizza, in eggs and on tacos.***
