Feel free to substitute just about anything in this recipe. I mean... it's soup...
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover Ham Bone - Mine was frozen and about 3 pounds.
1 lb Dry Beans
1 package Frozen Vegetables
3 stalks of Celery, chopped
1 medium Onion, diced
6 cups Chicken Stock
Cumin
Smoked Paprika
Pepper
2 cups Water
DIRECTIONS:
Place frozen Ham Bone, Dry Beans, Frozen Vegetables, Onion, Celery, Chicken Stock, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, and Pepper into Instant Pot.
Set to the "Bean/Chili" setting for 50 minutes. Allow to naturally release.
Pull out the Ham Bones and cut off the meat. Return meat to the Instant Pot. Add Water. Set to Pressure Cook with HIGH pressure for 30 minutes.
