1 TBPS Vegetable or Canola Oil
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tsp minced Ginger
1 head Bok Choy (chopped with white and greens separated)
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
1 TBPS Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Water
1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes
Whisk Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Water, and Chili Flakes in small bowl and set aside.
Heat Vegetable Oil in a large pot or wok over medium heat and cook Garlic and Ginger until fragrant.
Mix in the white parts of the Bok Choy and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture and Bok Choy Greens and cook until the green leaves wilt, about 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and serve.
