Sesame Ginger Bok Choy


  • 1 TBPS Vegetable or Canola Oil

  • 2 cloves minced Garlic

  • 1 tsp minced Ginger

  • 1 head Bok Choy (chopped with white and greens separated)

  • 1 TBSP Sesame Oil

  • 1 TBPS Soy Sauce

  • 1 TBSP Water

  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes

  • Sesame Seeds


  1. Whisk Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Water, and Chili Flakes in small bowl and set aside.

  2. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large pot or wok over medium heat and cook Garlic and Ginger until fragrant.

  3. Mix in the white parts of the Bok Choy and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture and Bok Choy Greens and cook until the green leaves wilt, about 5 more minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and serve.
