Tia's Salmon Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS:

  • Hickory Smoked Salmon

  • Butter

  • Garlic

  • Peppers

  • Lime Juice

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Corn

  • Black Beans

  • Cilantro

  • 1/4 cup Cheese

  • Tortillas

SAUCE:

  • Sriracha

  • Sour Cream

  • Cilantro

  • Lime

GUACAMOLE:

  • Avocados

  • Tomatoes

  • Cilantro

  • Red Onion

  • Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brown Salmon in a pan with Butter, Garlic, Peppers, Lime Juice, and Salt & Pepper. Set aside.

  2. Combine Corn, Black Beans, Cilantro, Cheese, Salt & Pepper.

  3. Set the Salmon and Peppers on a Tortilla. Add Bean, Corn, Cheese, and Cilantro mixture.

  4. Brown until golden.

  5. Combine Sauce ingredients

  6. Combine Guacamole ingredients.

  7. Serve Quesadillas with Sauce and Guacamole.
